I don't know how I can say this in English.

If a customer wants me do to something for them without paying money.

Then, I want to reply them which is payable.

May I say: This is a payable service.

I am glad if you can help.

Here in the United States, I think that some people also like to use the

word fee (especially if the charge is not too big). Also, I think that the word

"fee" doesn't sound so "bad." For example, people do not like the word "tax."

So some authorities say, "Oh, don't worry. There won't be any more new

taxes, but we will just collect a (small) fee."

There's also the possibility - in Br Eng. at least - to use 'pay' as a sort of adjective. This is commonest in connection with hospitality! 'Hard times - at the staff party this year there's going to be a pay-bar'.
