Question Negative form of subjunctive mood omitting "if"

If we hadn't run out of film, we would have taken more pictures.
When I omit the "if", which one or ones of the three listed are correct?
    1. Had we not run out of film, we would have taken more pictures.
    2. Hadn't we run out of film, we would have taken more pictures.
    3. Had not we run out of film, we would have taken more pictures.

I know the first must be correct. How about the rest two?
    Many thanks.

    3. Had not we run out of film, we would have taken more pictures.Possible, but far less likely/natural than #1

I know the first must be correct. How about the rest remaining/other two?

Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
