Why is it incorrect to use present perfect tense for something recently happened?
I'd use it as "I've just spoken to her", though.

Or as you suggested should we use the past tense ? But in this case isn't it wrong to use now?

"I've just spoken to her" sounds natural, but "I've spoken to her just now" doesn't. I don't think I can really explain why!

I've spoken to her in the last week.
I've spoken to her in the last five minutes.
I've spoken to her since lunch.

Those are all fine. The only connection I can see is that "I have spoken to her" is followed by a preposition and then a period of time in them, but "just now" doesn't fit that pattern.

The phrase "just now" doesn't mean the same as "now". It actually means "a few moments ago". I would certainly say "I spoke to her a few moments ago" not "I have spoken to her a few moments ago".

Why "I've spoken to her in the last week" and not " I spoke to her last week" ? Because last week is in the past and have no connection with today.
