Could you please correct the following sentences?
'I have a glass with painting on it'
'The curtains do not match with the furniture'
Thank you.
I have a painted glass.
The curtains do not match the furniture.
With #1, I assume you mean a drinking glass. If not, then it doesn't work.
With #2, we don't normally say "it matches with". We just say "it matches" or "it doesn't match". We use "with" if we use "match" as a noun.
The curtains are a good match with the furniture.
OR
The curtains are a good match for the furniture.
