Explain proper way to abbreviate, very respectfully to end an e-mail. Superiors and subordinates.
Welcome to the forum.
What is it that you want to abbreviate? You can end an email in many ways but most of them can't be abbreviated. Your final three words do not make a whole sentence. Do you mean that you are going to send the same email to both your superiors and your subordinates?
Upwards, V/R
Downwards, R or /R
Very respectfully,
Respectfully
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
