They don't sound very natural to me. I would use something like They are all women who have achieved great things/a lot/a great deal.

Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
In my textbook there is a unit called 'WOMEN OF ACHIEVEMENT'. It seems that 'WOMEN OF ACHIEVEMENT' can be used as a title, but not in normal speech, doesn't it?
