    Default Is 'barred entry' correct?

Any person found in breach of the parking rules shall be required to leave the estate and shall be barred entry.

Is 'barred entry' correct? Shouldn't it be 'barred from the estate'?

    Thanks.

Do you mean to say "barred from entering again."?

    Yes, "again" or "in future".
