What does the woman say? Dear teachers,
please help me understand the last sentence the woman says in this video (at 02;46, at the very end). Here's the link to the video: Ligament Sprain Health Byte - YouTube
What I hear is:
Many athletic trainers are very well (woressed
or bla-bla-bla
) in exercises you can do to strengthen them.

Teacher Re: What does the woman say? The word is "versed". Look up "verse" if you don't know what it means.
