The above sentences are from an English text book for Korean middle schoolers,
and I think .....
I have no coaches.
Do you have any special plans?
are grammatically correct.
I mean.. sentence 1 has a grammar error, and it need be (^-^") changed to ' coaches'
and,.. for the 2nd sentence, I think 'any special plans' sounds more natural.
Am I right? ㅡ.ㅡ
1. Either coach or coaches would be correct, depending on the situation.
2. Again, either plan or plans could be grammatically correct, though in NA English, we typically will talk of "plans" when we are referring to weekend, holiday, or other social situations.
