See if you can find words in Portugese that can suggest both the idea of 'hello' and 'how low'. If you can't, and the words are to be sung, then I suggest you ignore the 'how low' and simply use 'hello'. Lyrics are frequently adapted in translation to fit rhythm and rhyme patterns of the language into which they are being translated.
If the words are for subtitles, then translate 'how low' into Portugese and leave the viewers in the same position as native speakers - trying to guess what is meant.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
