    Default Is my correction correct?

    I came across this sentence:

Watching Channel 6 interviewing Jessica and these is what I realized:
    1. Her English is very good overall.
    2. She used "you know" a lot.
    3. Her favorite word when she agrees with you is "exactly". Favorite noun? "fire"(?).

I realized there are mistakes in the statement and I am trying to correct the sentences as part of my practice.

    My correction is:

Watching Channel 6 interviewing Jessica and these are what I realized:
    1. Her English is very good overall.
    2. She uses "you know" a lot.
    3. Her favorite word when she is agreeing with you is "exactly". Favorite noun? "fire"(?).
However, I'm not entirely sure if the corrections made are correct especially number 2 and 3. The reason I made the changes are:
    - "used" to "uses" because the rest of the statement is in present.
    - "she agrees" to "she is agreeing" because the clause is preceded by the word "when".

Did I made the right correction? or Is there any additional correction needed?

    not a teacher

The sentences do not need correction.

    2. She used "you know" a lot.
The past tense is appropriate since reference is made to the interview.

    3. Her favorite word when she agrees with you is "exactly". Favorite noun? "fire"(?).

The present tense is appropriate since it is referring to a 'habit'.

I'm not a teacher, but I think that there's only one mistake:

These is ---- it must be (these are)

Any thing else is correct as Tedtmc demonstrated at the previous comment.

The present simple tense is appropriate since it is referring to a 'habit'.

    This is
    what I realised.

Any Everything else is correct as Tedtmc demonstrated at in the previous comment.
He did not demonstrate that it was correct. He said/wrote this.

    5jj,
Could you please explain for me why "THIS IS" is correct and "THESE ARE" is not correct?
Although we have above more than one thing to talk about.

    Thanks in advance. :)

Thank you for all your replies.
Now, I get it but why it should be "this is" instead of "these are". Are lists not considered plural?

You cannot 'realize' facts......'This (the following information - uncountable) is what I realized.'
