my arm got stuck under me
..... I landed on my back and my arm got stuck under me.
Is this sentence correct? or do you use another better way to say it?

How about "..... got stuck under my body."?
Thanks very much.

If you were there for some time, then I would use "stuck" because it sounds more long-term. However, if you simply fell on your back, your arm was under you and then you got up again, I would say:
I landed on my back and my arm got caught under me/my body.
I landed on my back and my arm got trapped under me/my body.
