    Default omit to

    Hello, and Happy New Year.

I would like to know both sentences are correct.

s1. All I have to do is go back to work.

s2. All I want is be with you.

Especially, please focus on s2. whether it is correct or not.

The first is fine - the 'to' after 'have' will be implied for 'go'. As 'want' is not followed by 'to' in s2, we need it before 'be'.
Context is always important; labelling is rarely important.
