If you are writing an informal letter or email to someone who will be visiting in December with a group of people, yes. In a more formal context, you could use:
- I hope to see you all in December.
- I am looking forward to seeing you all in December.
The only thing that sounds a little unnatural is the use of "looking forward to" with "hopefully". The former sounds as if a fairly concrete plan is in place, but adding "hopefully" makes it sound less certain.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
