But "peoples" is a proper word, and this is arguably a context in which it could be used - ie. with 'nations'. "The peoples of some nations have more power than others."Quote:

Some people = individuals
Some people = nations
However, I still think have power to think needs changing.
what you mean is "some people have rights to think of their nations", isn't it?
