The use of "Do" to emphasis

Hi,
I am new on this forum and I don't know how it works i.e. I am not familiar with the forum.
I would like to ask about the use of "do" in my sentence. I explain what I want to say:

Suppose a specific group of people is called "maladjusted" and I want to emphasise that on the contrary the are well "adjusted".

I would say: "They DO are well adjusted to this system...etc."
Could be DO used here after the word "are"?

I have an additional question.

Is it wrong, because "do" is not used for emphasis of "are"?
I mean, does "do" as emphasis is never used with "are" or it is only wrong in my sentence?

You can only use "do" like that before a bare infinitive. That would be 'be' in the case of 'are'. But it's not appropriate here, as bhai says.
Here's an example:
A: They don't study enough"
B: They do study enough."
In your example, you need, "They are well adjusted."

I got it now. I didn't know this rule, I only saw a few examples where it was used.
