#1 is OK, but not very natural. It's not common to express this in a passive way. Saying "a gun is pointed at you" is better.

Even in the passive, I prefer the 'ing' form - A gun is being pointed at you.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
