SAT Free Score Deadline

When I register for the sat account, I will get 4 free scores to send, right?
I saw the email (blue) few days ago, but the message on my sat account website writes->
Don't forget to use your registration score report credits:
You have until Nov 12, 2012 to take advantage of your four free score report credits.

So is the deadline October 15 or November 12?
Do I always have the four free score to send if I don't choose to send them few days after the current test?
And will they move the deadline to days after the future test because I didn't send the scores for the past test?
Be sure to take advantage of the four free score reports by ordering them by 11:59 p.m. EDT on Oct. 15, 2012. Additional reports are $11 each.

You need to write to them to ask. Or just do it today, before the first deadline expires in less than 11 hours.
