Which of the following sentences is acceptable?
1. According to a statistics which shows that lots of junior high school students increase their time on surfing the Net.
2. According to the statistics, we discovered that lots of junior high school students increase their time to surf the Net.
3. According to a statistics, lots of junior high school students increase spending their time on surfing the Net.
You can get away with "According to the statistics ..." but not "to a statistics ..." "Statistics" is clearly a plural noun, so you cannot precede it with the singular indefinite article.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
