None of them is acceptable I'm afraid. Try this: "According to statistics, junior high school students are spending an increasing amount of time surfing the Net."

You can get away with "According to the statistics ..." but not "to a statistics ..." "Statistics" is clearly a plural noun, so you cannot precede it with the singular indefinite article.
