"Mind the difference" Does it make sense? OR Does it mean " see the difference and be careful for the next! " ?

Generally, it means to pay attention to the difference. It has nothing to do with the future.

Yes, but only for one person. If I tell you to mind your manners or to mind the tea, I am telling you to pay attention to these things. If I tell you to mind the difference between the hot water and the cold water, I am telling you to pay attention to the difference between the two.
