I suppose - in the absence of rules - learners have no option but to learn the list by heart.
In BrE, you'll hear "Sleep tight" but not "Drive safe". We say "Drive safely" or "Drive carefully". If we use "safe", it's in "Safe journey" where "Have a" is omitted at the beginning of the sentence.
Remember - correct capitalisation, punctuation and spacing make posts much easier to read.
