during vs in vs for

I have got a question about the differces among in, during and for. Could take a look at the senteces below?

1. I haven't enjoyed myself so much in years.
2. I haven't enjoyed myself so much during years.
3. I haven't enjoyed myself so much for years.


I got #1 from a dictionary, so I am sure #1 is right and natural. But as for #2 and #3 I have no idea if they are right, because I have changed the preposition of in into during or for. Does #2 and #3 also sound natural or right?
