2. Common, give it up for the Asian Games.

This sounds like a person speaking to a crowd. If so, "give it up" means please applaud and show your appreciation and the opening is probably "Come on,".

3. Crowds of over 92,000 in total attendance clearly shows that the Youth Programme knows what excites the new breed of young Malaysians.

I would use a plural verb "show". The subject is "crowds".


4. " Every time I see him out there, I cheer out loud for him", said Jane.

That is OK, but it could be better. "I know the park there is bigger and I want very much to skate there", said the excited skater.

This is hard to answer. Are you really matching different alphabets? Or are there different leters of the alphabet?

This is OK. One should have a reason for the second "and". Personally, I would place commas after "music" and "skaters".

Nancy is engrossed in a draft of United Magazine.

It would need either "the" or "a".

No, it is unlikely that she wants to skate badly, which is what that would mean.

Yes, it should, but that is why I changed it. "Badly" is an adverb and "so" is an adverb that intensifies it. As it was written, "badly" would attach logically to the nearest verb. In this case, that was "skate". But we know the person didn't want to skate "badly". He wanted badly to skate. To avoid confusion I changed it to "very much".

One might hear someone say He wanted to do it so bad, which means the person wanted very much to do the thing. Grammarians might say that that usage is incorrect, but apparently nobody is listening to those grammarians.
