Some comments:

We don't usually include family status or date of birth on resumes.
"Geophysical researches of well" sounds strange -- what kind of well? just one well? We don't usually write research in plural

When you describe your duties at your previous jobs, you need to use active voice.
ex. 1) Well data interpretation; >> Interpreted well data.
This sounds especially odd: 4) To unify database of Lukoil;

I'm not familiar with your terminology but 2) Calibration down hole equipment. sounds strange >> what is "down hole equipment"? And you need "of" after "calibration".

Soft for work: >> I assume you mean software. We do not shorten words on resumes, this is a formal document.

Same for 10.2008-till present time >> 10.2008 -- present

09.2005 г. >> г. doesn't mean anything to an English speaker; we do not add anything like that after the year.

Down hole equipment is the correct term - sensors, drill heads, anything you put down the hole.

I have a few critiques and suggestions regarding your resume.

* Remove your family status and age (These are unnecessary in the U.S., and you can actually be discriminated against by putting this information on your resume.)
* Change the formatting of your dates of employment (For example, instead of 06.2008, use 06/2008 or June 2008.)
* Remove 5.0 GPA, Russia (It is irrelevant, but it also gives employers a change to discriminate, even though it's illegal.)
* Instead of using numbers under your job descriptions, use bullet points or "*" (asterisks). Also, include the same amount of descriptions for each job.
(With any resume, consistency is very important.)
