There is no "correct" sentence. To start with we will rewrite your sentence so it conforms to the standard rules of grammar -

Aspiring for a job that will enable me to use my technical skills so that I can play the best part in the growth of the concern, thereby enriching myself.

Now we will change a few terms -

Seeking a position that will allow me to use my technical skills and one where I can play a part in the growth of the company.

Enriching yourself is your concern, not the concern of the company you are applying for a job to. Also, the part about "play the best part" makes you appear to want to be the star of the company. The president or the lead developer may feel that they are in that position.

I've merged the three threads. Keep your future questions regarding your resume objective in this thread, please, instead of starting another.

I have also moved it to the appropriate portion of the forum.
I'm not a teacher, but I write for a living. Please don't ask me about 2nd conditionals, but I'm a safe bet for what reads well in (American) English.
