    Unhappy Writing letter for a job offer rejection

    Hi all,
    I was interviewed in XYZ company and was offered some position. But, after some thinking, I came to a decision that my current employer is far better. I don't want to quit my present job. How can i reject their offer in a courteous way..please help me!!
