It is because (1) I have more than 7 years of research background in biomedical area; (2) I have done data classification projects in SpO2 by following a few research papers; (3) I have more than five publications in biomedical signal classification and biosystem modeling. (4) I have more than ten thousand hours of experience in MATLAB.
Your company is my first choice because I can apply my knowledge into my career. Moreover, my wife will start her new job in Orange County at the beginning of March. It will be prefect if I can get a job in Orange County too.

(At this point you should start a bulletined list.)It is because (1)

3. I have written more than five publications in biomedical signal classification and biosystem modeling
