During my career, I spent most of the time in telecommunication and software development field, and did a lot of onsite support jobs such as implementation, maintenance, health check and troubleshooting. I'm familiar with Avaya products such as AIC, GMH, SES, AES, CM and so on. Moreover, I have proficient English language skills, and Chinese and Japanese as well. I expect myself to be an expert in telecommunication field in the future.
