Help - Sentence structure question for my resume

I need help for one of my bullet point within one of my job duties.
Which of the following would be best: (if neither, how would you structure it?)

1- Managed meeting vendors for delivery of services to include venues, transportation, hotels, cateres, and entertainment

2- Managed meeting vendors for delivery of services including venues, transportation, hotels, cateres, and entertainment

3- Managed meeting vendors for delivery of services such as venues, transportation, hotels, cateres, and entertainment

I am not a teacher but help with many resumes and I think #2 would be the best choice. I don't know for sure what "managing meeting vendors for delivery of services" means exactly, but the grammar is probably best with "including" ...
