Help with a motivational letter for general conservation

I urgently require your input on how to verse a motivational letter to promote my fiances passion to get into the field of conservation, hit an absolute blank on this subject and don't have a clue where to start.

There are plenty of examples of such letters on the Internet and within the Letter Writing section (under Resources) on this forum.

We don't write anything from scratch for people. Do research and then attempt to write the letter yourself (or rather, make sure your fiancé writes it), post it here and then we can help to tweak it.
