Question about my application

Hi all!
I would like to know something about an application and I would like to get corrected my letter. The situation is: I applied for a position for almost one year. The enterprise does not accept any more applications but they haven't decided. Should I ask about this procedure and show again my interest? I am afraid of beeing to direct with this question. Anyway, I decided to write an email and I would like to know if it is correct grammatically and kind in the content. Thank you in advance for your help!

Dear Sir or Madam,
I would like to express my interest in knowing of the selection procedure of the vacancy as Associate Legal Officer in the Hage in the reference number 346F.
I applied for it on 8th July. I would be very glad to work for the Community Associations, that is why I have applied for other posts that could past to my profile. Anyway I am specially interested in the post as Associate Legal Officer at the Office of the president, as I think I could do there an important contribution because of my education as well as my skills to fulfil the competencies of this position.
I would be very grateful, if you could give me any advise about how to support my application and if you could tell me when do you intend to full this vacancy.
