Cover letter

I want to apply for a position of accountant in a micro finance company,but i don't have any experiences at all.Can you tell me how to write the best cover letter if i don't have work experience.
About my CV should i always put my photo on my cv?

People have to start somewhere, so there's nothing wrong with applying for a job when you don't have the experience. If you have the qualifications and come across as having the drive, I don't see why it would be a problem unless they have specified a certain amount of experience in the advert. I don't think there are any rules about photos, but a nice photo won't do any harm and may well help.
