SPQR is on a distinguished road
Smile Cover and resume help me please....

I need a little help with my cover letter and resume. I made the cover letter with a work experience and formation resume inside, is it correct? Is it the best way to send the letter cover, and the extended Curriculum in attached file at the mail?
Please give me a hand reading the cover and suggesting modifications and corrections

Mrs. XXXX
I’m writing this letter in order to give You some information about my working skills.
I spoke with Mr XXX, and he talk me about a possibility to send You my resume showing my education, experience, and background to take a chance to work at XXXXXX.
I have over 16 years experience at the technical and help desk departments.
May I arrange an interview to further discuss my qualifications? I am available for an interview at a mutually convenient time.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

Default Re: Cover and resume help me please....

Don't use contractions.
Don't capitalise 'you'.
I wouldn't use a direct question.
I'd suggest that the interview should be at their convenience to be polite, then negotiate.
