improve cover letter

Deos any one recommend me more about cover letter?

How should i write on the body of the cover letter? should i express only experience or including my education?

For instance! I have experience in Sales, but i apply for the acountant. How should i write in the body of the cover?

If you can, would you mind giving me more sample about cover letter?
