Hi everyone,

i'm a guy from germany and I wanna apply for an internship at an US company.

First problem: I have to write a resume in english. So far I came up with the text below. It would be nice, if some of you could read though it and maybe give some recommendations. Thanks alot.

- Developed and implemented companies intranet with several applications integrated, assisting employees day to day work
- Assisted management in creating business analyses

Internship at Change Consulting, Mainz, Germany
- Assisted in creating an information brochure concerning taxation upon corporate sales and handovers

I think you should be more specific about the kind of research you did. Give more detail similar to what you did in other areas.

Thank you Ron, I'll try to figure out something for the researching point or maybe just cut it out.

My first thought: "Researches on customers behalf"? Thats what I basically did.

For exampel, a customer wanted to patent something, so it was my job to find out what kind of requirements he had to fullfill and what it is going to cost him. Or another exampel, one of our customers wanted to start doing business with another company, so I had to check out in which of there products the other company might be interested.


Another question, is it ok to end my resume with a point like

Personal Interests
-Running marathons
-Playing soccer

It looks good to me. (Resumes are hardly my specialty, but some employers like to see that kind of thing on one.)
