Disregarding the grammar of the post (which was perfectly discussed by Teia), the most important thing is that
you have to say something interesting to share with others. And in addition, your language should be good enough. This does not necessarily mean perfect. For example, in science you sometimes don't have to write in perfect English to publish your article; there are editors who will correct the language provided that the contents of the article is interesting. But usually you have to write in good (acceptable) English. And have some luck. Always remember that these are people who decide whether to publish your piece. Just people.
That's all. I know it's easy to say and harder to do. You have to try, that's all. Maybe you'll manage to publish something. Just try to write something interesting and find a good source to publish it.
