Question I'm worry about my grammar in this paragraphs

First paragraph

Executive Assistant
Administrative tasks including managing schedules, calendar, phone/email; making travel arrangements, submitting and tracking internal request. Coordinated meetings and group events, proofreading documents and participation in key projects; assist in preparation of presentations and assist with correspondence, memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc. assist in research for projects, receives and processes documents and reports in accordance with established procedures. Review and processes documents and reports to completeness and enters pertinent information into a database. Performs database records tracking, manual filing and complex and extensive records management functions of long-term recovery files. Monitor and tracks reports and records to ensure coordination and completion of actions and documents. Prepares a variety of correspondence and memoranda using word processing software. Miscellaneous projects including memos, letters, binder labels, filing, organization, research and support staff back up.
  • Communicated information clearly and accurately.
  • Assisted customers with inquiries and provided all pertinent information.
  • Handled large call volume while maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and a positive friendly attitude.
Second paragraph

Executive Assistant
Performed confidential support. Scheduled appointments and handle follow-ups and reminders, scheduled and arranged meetings and group events, proofreading documents and participated in key projects; assist in preparation of presentations and assist with correspondence, memos, charts, tables and graphs, attend meetings, make travel arrangements. Screened telephone calls and resolved or referred them as appropriate. Coordinated daily operations and handled office tasks such as running reports, photocopying, and filing faxing, received and sorted mail. Highly skills at solving customer relations problems. Use word processing, spreadsheet, and other software programs. Set up and maintained data base. Developed and managed special projects. Draft and edit letters and memos for executives, conduct research.

Third Paragraph

Draft and edit letters and memos for executives, supervise assistants and other clerical personnel, scheduled appointment and arrange meetings, make travel arrangements and plan itineraries, developed and manage special projects, assist in report preparation, use word processing, spreadsheet, excel, power point, outlook, and other software, translated documents from Spanish to English and from English to Spanish. Coordinated daily operations and handle office tasks such as running reports, photocopying, and filing, faxing, received and sorted mail. Assist in research for projects, received and processes documents and reports in accordance with established procedures. Monitor and track reports and records to ensure coordination and completion of actions and documents.
· Prepared and presented daily status reports.
· Prepared weekly project status reports for management.
· Proven organizational and time management skills.


Forth Paragraph

Administrative Assistant
Provided wide range of Administrative support and clerical duties, including scheduled appointments and arrange meetings, make travel arrangement and plan itineraries, developed and manage special projects, assist in reports, created and managed customers data base, draft and edit letters and memos for executives, schedules appointments and handle follow-ups and reminders, schedule and arrange meetings of all sizes, developed and managed special projects, developed presentation materials, use word processing, excel, power point, outlook and other software programs. Assist with report preparation. Translated documents form Spanish to English and from English to Spanish. Assist in research projects, received and processed and reports in accordance with established procedures. Monitor and track reports and records to ensure coordination and completion of actions and documents.
· Prepared project status reports for management.
· Directed heavy telephone volume, ensured accurate recording and delivery of messages, performed general office administration.
· Developed presentation materials.
· Worked independently, effectively managing simultaneous responsibilities and meeting deadlines.

Some general comments: Looks pretty good - If you are still working as an Executive Assistant in this position it might be better to use the present tense. It is also a good idea to give the TITLE of your bosses position - Vice President of Sales.
