How can we write KRAs when we don't know your job description?

Who wrote the 3 you have now?

Usually, the HR and the employee create the goals together.

You ought to know the key result areas of your job. You are the one who does that job. If you don't know them, who does?

I asked you to post a couple of paragraphs from your KRA, but you decided not to. (There is no rule that I have to open attachments.) I have given you all the help that I am going to.

You need to improve your communications skills. Doing that will certainly help you with your job.

If you expect somebody to help you with a problem you ought to be able to explain what that problem is.

If you don't know what is expected of you on the job, ask your supervisor. He or she should be able to help you with that.

Determine your strengths and weaknesses. Find out what you need to work on.
