Default Sentence question

I'm writing my resume' and need assistance with a sentence, can you help me please? I need some different wording or structure. "Give personal reviews twice a year."
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I assume you mean that you give personal reviews (to your staff ) ? You can use 'appraisals' or 'assessments' instead of reviews. You should make sure that you want to say 'personal' and not 'personnel'. If it is the latter, you might say 'staff reviews'.

I hope this is not too confusing.
