Resume or CV

Hello there,
I got a problem on writing my CV(resume). I'm not sure whether i should use Present tense or past tense to point out my responsibility during my service with ABC company(See the text in RED colour where i underlined it.).

ABC company
Position: Administrative Executive
Working duration from 12th June 2007 to 14 June 2008

Responsibility:
• Prepared quotation summary list to Purchasing Department.
• Prepared payment to supplier.

In both these I would use "Preparing" >> Q. What were you doing for ABC during the period of your employment there? A. Preparing......
