I've done some work on it - you need to watch consistency in citing things, so either put all your "Pass" citations as "PASS" or "Pass". Also, watch your punctuations. It may just be typing error, but there are a number of places where you have a space before the comma, not after it.

I think it would be better to give the full title of the Army college - "British Army college" is not really informative.
