I think you mean "references" here, not "referees".

I would list your work experience before your education.

It's better, I think, to just say "SKILLS". You don't have to say "OTHER SKILLS".

The same thing goes for "training". Just write "TRAINING". "OTHER" - Using "other" is not necessary.

Including all these awards pushes your work experience further down the page. Couln't you have a separate section for them if you want to include them?
