The spacing is inconsistent in places, like the titles of the universities, though I am viewing it in OpenOffice. You should put the degree grade and maybe indicate your skill level in the technical skills part. I feel there's less information in the educational part than there is in the work experience and this lacks balance for the kind of work I assume you will be applying for.

I'd also lose the apostrophe in Special Order’s
