Re: Is my covering letter ok?
Hi
I would like to say that your covering letter would look more attractive if you add something more in it. Like something more about yourself for example your personal skills and capability.
It is just a suggestion. You may take help from others.
thanks
take care

Re: Is my covering letter ok?
Hi,
Thanks for your suggestion but I must say that the hectic office schedule does not allow them to read such long letters. So, that’s why I did my best to make my covering letter concise. Rest my personal skills and other capabilities are already mentioned in my detailed CV.
I hope you understand.
Once again thanks for having a look at my post & your suggestion.
Take care,

Re: Is my covering letter ok?
Even then, you need to be a little bit more directed. If I, as a potential employer, received your letter, it would not encourage me to look at your cv or to consider you as a potential employee.
Usually you would start by referring to the job that you are applying for and expressing interest in it.
You would then say why you are applying and what you could bring to it.
You end by saying you enclose/attach your cv, and telling them that you are available for interview at a mutually suitable time.
