Or "Will you/the library be closed tomorrow?"

Or if you don't want to worry about the closed/closing problem, you could try "Will the library be open tomorrow?"!!!

It's strange that nobody has suggested that you simply put the question to the librarian as you have to us.
You want to know if "the library is closed tomorrow."
