Default I need Idiomatic expressions

Dear Teacher ,
could you please help me to find an idiomatic expressions for the following sentences:
1.A single flaw which spoils the whole
2.Destroy at the very start
3.To have crazy ideas, or be slightly mad
4.False Bravery
5.Show cowardice
6.Someone very dear
7.To loose an opportunity
8.No turning back
9.A clumsy person
10.Talk unintelligently

I will try a few:

cont.
3. not all there/ have a screw loose/
4. put on a brave front / Dutch courage (after drinking)
5. afraid of one's shadow / to be chicken-hearted / to chicken out
6.
7.
8. water under the bridge?
9. all thumbs
10. The Bells of St. Lemons, thick-headed, thick as a brick
