Two persons play a game and nobody wins. Then one of them says: Oh blow! What does it mean?

A very mild expletive, similar to Oh bother, Oh blast, Oh sugar. It would more likely be "Oh, blow it!"

A very restrained person when compared to the rougher expletives in everyday use.
