I am in the middle of writing a sub-text for none other than
"SATC"...in Japanese.

Many titles are idiomatic, I believe. Some I get, some I don't.

The third episode's title is "Bay of married Pigs" in which seemingly
a perfect couple in the Hamptons appear. The husband, Peter
intentionally or unintentionally shows his penis to Carrie.

Is the title some kind of idiom? Or has a meaning? Or just saying
married people are pigs?

It could mean a lot of things. The Bay of Pigs was a failed invasion of Cuba funded by the American government. Sometimes, when it seems that a thing will fail, it is referred to as a kind of Bay of Pigs. Pigs are also seen as being dirty and unmannered. To call someone a pig is to call that person a fairly bad name. I believe that the title has something to do with a failure and that the people involved were not of the best sort.
Is the title some kind of idiom? Or has a meaning? Or just saying
married people are pigs?

What is a "SATC"

I assume it's Sex and the City.

And I'd go for the combination of failure and unpleasantness, though I have never seen the show and am going on the words alone.

"The Bay of Pigs" is a port in Cuba, but the name is more often used to refer to the U.S. invasion in 1961, which was an unsuccessful attempt to overthrow Fidel Castro.

I've seen the episode you're translating, though it was a long time ago. If I'm not mistaken, the flashing of the penis wasn't quite "accidental," or at least it wasn't perceived that way by the man's wife. Carrie had been telling stories about her wild sex life as a single woman in New York, and while her married female friend enjoyed living vicariously through those stories, she got very upset when her husband was apparently aroused by them--and by Carrie. My memory of the show is that Carrie and her friends are very anti-marriage, and anytime they have occasion to spend time with married acquaintances, massive social awkwardness ensues. They also tend to look down on people who are "settled," which is probably a large part of the reason the writers reached for the "Bay of Pigs" reference; it calls to mind the invasion of enemy territory in a tense situation, of course, but it also gives them a chance to call the married folk "pigs."

This is probably one of those things that just doesn't translate.
