Is sweet tooth an idiom in all languages?
I'd like to know if the words "sweet tooth", which connotes a strong liking for sugary food, is known in other languages, or just in English.
Thanks for responding either yes or no.

There's no idiom in the world that would be an idiom in all languages.

Right you are Freeze Frame.
I should have asked if the concept represented by the idiom "sweet tooth" (an appetite or strong liking for sweet foods) is found in any other languages.
Thanks for clarifying.

We have words: "сладкоежка" (sladkoezhka) and "сластена" (slastyona) with the same sense in Russian language.
