"Tell me wrong" I've heard this one several times in rap songs etc. but haven't found out what it means exactly. Is it short for "Tell me if I'm wrong"?

To answer your question - sorry - no idea. I suspect that it's a string of words that match the surrounding rhyme and rhythm.
